I guess it all depends on what you think overhyped is.

I tend to think a very highly contagious virus that has the ability to kill a lot of people (albeit a smaller percent of the entire population) and overwhelm a hospital system and senior care system that is not set up for something like this deserves everything we got, especially if people in one area are ignoring the rules and letting the virus run rampant.

Of course, it appears I am a minority on the discussion board but that’s how I feel.

I believe most states have such statues and they give very, very, broad powers to the governor. Trouble is they are also rather broadly written.
