Barak Obama can not be elected to the vp as he has already served two terms as president. the vice president must be eligible to serve if the president is removed or dies.
Obama does not qualify as he used up his terms as provided for in amendment passed after FDR served his 4 terms

Wrong. Obama is not ineligible to serve as president (pretending for the moment that he’s a natural born citizen). He’s ineligible to be ELECTED as president, per 22nd Amendment. He’s not ineligible to become president by other means (e.g. succession).

If LBJ had chosen to stand for re-election and been elected, would he have been POTUS for more than 8 years?

There was a lot of discussion in 1968 about that.
