Remember how the DS was planning to use Uranium that was traceable back to Russia in order to implicate Russia when it was used against us? This virus sounds to me like it came straight out of the same playbook. I.e., orchestrated by the derps (many of whom are in the USA) and made to look like it came from somewhere else.

Nobody doubts that American derps financed and worked in tandem with the heathens, but the actual op was China. Why do you think outbreaks in other countries were in their version of Chinatown. Italy, for one.
