And, yes, the observational issues with the Islamic calendar can move stuff around a day or so.
But Ramadan will almost always float around April and (mainly) May on the Gregorian calendar.

Since their months are fewer, it is marching backwards on our calendar. Not always around April. Only just for these few years. A few more and itll be into winter solidly again.
