IMO the lockdown will end at the end of June no matter what the federal or state governments say. The public will demand it, ignore the governments, return to work, etc., and the governments plain lack the ability to enforce a further shutdown. Some governments will recognize this and get out of the way. Other governments won't and will be run over.
But it will happen and the only question is when.
