Post your data then, flu-bro.
What you are doing is what a child does who can’t answer a question: covering your ears, shutting your eyes, and stamping your feet.
A bratty toddler yelling “I hate spinach!” is about the same level of thinking as what the flu-bros bring to the discussion.
Pleas explain the brand new UK graph above.
What is causing the spike in deaths from all causes? Asteroids? Tsunamis? Roving wolf pack attacks? What?
(And for the record, I have never supported any form of shut down or lock down.)
You are misreading my posts. The spikes you talk of are without doubt due to Covid19. The data is what counts for you and me as well.
But I do have a different view on the shutdown. At this point we dont really know if it saved large numbers of lives. It may have. It may not have. But the decision to do so was rational based on the worldwide and U.S. infection and death rates.
But it was way, way too broad and dominated by NY and NYC. So Montana suffered quite unnecessarily.
But it is now time to end the experiment. Let the people and the business go back to work and let the market decide the winners and losers. Some businesses will be able to lure their customers back and some wont. We need to let that play out.
And one more thing where we may or may not agree: I expect a lot more deaths than the experts are predicting. I feel bad about that but have accepted the idea as the price we have to pay to get back on our feet.
