According to Lazamataz (IIRC), it is more efficient for the computer, to know the *height* rather than width; so I often use the height=400 command .

Height is mostly negligible on any screen, but width can cause problems on different screen sizes. You are talking to a person who once was a W3C member and a contributor to HTML 2 and CSS development. At one time I was one of the best HTML coders in the world.
