1. Google image search for pic. Or any pic anywhere.
2. Right click on pic. Click 'save picture as'. It will go to your hard drive.
3. Go to imgflip.com (or any meme making site)
4. Select make meme.
5. Select upload from 'upload your own image'.
6. It will take you to the saved pics on your hard drive.
7. Select one.
8. If you can't figure it out from there, we will send you to Gitmo with the rest of the derps.

I don’t know if I could handle all the derps at once?
So, I can save pics I might be able to use imgflip if I spent some time at it. The big problem is trying to download anything from my computer onto Freerepublic. It’s a total bust.
Tip. You can avoid all downloads.
1. Right click on the image select view image.
2. copy URL (the address in the address bar)
3. Paste URL into the comment box on FR.
4. Insert “<” img src=” in front of the url.
5. insert a “>” at the end.
6. remove the first and second to the end “ and remove spaces the > and < should be up against the url.

you don’t have to save the url to your pc to bring over to imgflip.com - where it says ‘upload my image’, there’s a place to just throw the url in there.
