The one I saw was some older Asian (at last night's task force brief) who started her "question" with a statement....as they so often do...and he quipped that she was giving some "breaking news"...indicating there was no reliable actual news as far as we, who don't have his contacts, know.
Doubt much luxury would be found in the locomotive. The railroad cars that it pulled are a different story.

Could be.. If he is dead arrangements could be the difference between a civil war or no civil war.
Not sure how China would respond to a civil war in North Korea. I have read South Korean and American Military is worry about a North Korea civil war.
