Isn’t it a fact, that the states, and not the federal government, run our elections? And that the states are in control of details such as whether they do mail in ballots in the first place?

At other times, I’ve heard the liberals have pushed for early voting everywhere. Not all states allow for early voting before election day. The liberals want to make that universal.

I’m no constitutional expert, however, given that the states conduct our elections, and that the states determine how their electors to the electoral college are chosen, it could be of questionable legality/constitutional authority, for the federal government to mandate that all 50 states do their elections by mail in ballot.

That seems to be the case

I only glanced through it, but what you say seems to be the case.

States have control over their elections, but I believe there are limits as for federal elections. It’s sure to be up for debate until election day.

If the states had complete control of Federal elections, the liberal run states would pass a law that Illegals could vote for the President!

Some, (Think: NY, Cal) have already passed laws making it legal for them, (Illegals) to vote in state elections.
