Remember how Pat Michaels, Virginia State climatologist, was fired when he started to question “hockey stick” anthropogenic global warming models?
And grants are ONLY given for studies that fit the narrative.
You are right to bring up the infamous hockey stick for global warming.
The best thing going for us is that we have states and areas doing their own thing and while some authoritative types might be wishing for them to fail, they will mostly be successful providing a real counterpoint to “conventional wisdom” that cannot be ignored.
I was unaware of that climatologist firing. Oregon did the same thing to it’s climatologist. The governor even removed the position to insure future compliance.
I wonder how many climatologist were fired before the rest got the message?
