Sleep. The guy at med cram has a bunch of studies showing that one of the most effective things is a good night’s sleep.
So he’s apparently taking the Melatonin to assist in going to sleep. It’s sold over the counter for people who have sleep problems and is not supposed to be addictive.
From what I read it’s supposed to take effect after about 20 minutes—must be something like the big turkey dinner at Thanksgiving. LOL
I made a not of those supplements. Right now I’m taking Sambucus immunity gummies. They taste really good.
