Quercetin is another zinc ionophore: Zinc ionophore activity of quercetin and epigallocatechin-gallate: from Hepa 1-6 cells to a liposome model.

I still prefer zinc picolinate (50) mg as a more bioavailable form than others. With that I take liposomal C as another bioavailable form of C.

I don't understand the importance of melatonin. Can you help me out with that one?

Sleep. The guy at med cram has a bunch of studies showing that one of the most effective things is a good night’s sleep.

So he’s apparently taking the Melatonin to assist in going to sleep. It’s sold over the counter for people who have sleep problems and is not supposed to be addictive.

From what I read it’s supposed to take effect after about 20 minutes—must be something like the big turkey dinner at Thanksgiving. LOL

I made a not of those supplements. Right now I’m taking Sambucus immunity gummies. They taste really good.
