TREATMENTS - eyedrops?

Polyrizon developed an innovative Capture & Contain technology, designed to safely prevent allergens and virus intrusion through the upper airways and eye cavities.

Polyrizon’s technology is comprised of a Biogel that is applied topically, is preventative, safe, easy to use and can be formulated both for wet and dry administration.

Polyrizon’s goal is to provide protection from the spread and contamination of Coronavirus inhaled or absorbed through the upper airways and eyes.

The final product shall take the form of a spray or eyedrops, made of mucoadhesive biological gel (a gel that contains covalently bound specific Abs against SARS-CoV-2 specific surface proteins) aiming to lower the intrusion levels of the virus through the nasal and buccal cavities for several hours...

VACCINE

‘Don’t waste a minute’: Chinese firm readies mass vaccine production

Sinovac Biotech, which is conducting one of the four clinical trials that have been authorised in China, has claimed great progress in its research and promising results among monkeys.

Sinovac has published results showing that its vaccine has “largely protected” macaques from infection in an animal trial.
It’s findings have yet to be peer reviewed by the global scientific community.

The company has since conducted human trials, administering the serum on 144 volunteers in April in eastern Jiangsu province.

SYMPTOMS

COVID-19 caused strokes in young people who had mild coronavirus symptoms, NYC doctors say

Over a two-week period, Mount Sinai doctors reported five patients who suffered large vessel strokes in patients under the age of 50, according to letter they published in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM).
All five patients tested positive for COVID-19 but had very mild to no symptoms.
“That creates a big alarm,” said Dr. J Mocco, director of the Cerebrovascular Center at Mount Sinai and one of the letter’s authors. “Our spider sense goes up to say that there’s something not right here....

...Mocco said these stroke patients in New York were 15 years younger than the normal stroke population, had no risk factors and were statistically more likely to be male.”

MEDCRAM Lecture
April 29
Dr. Roger Seheult

Coronavirus Pandemic Update 63: Is COVID-19 a Disease of the Endothelium (Blood Vessels and Clots)?

Dr. Seheult explains the theory that seems most plausible to us here at MedCram.com: That COVID-19 is primarily a disease of the endothelium (the single layer of cells that line blood and lymphatic vessels). This hypothesis helps explain the increase in cardiovascular complications from COVID-19: strokes, myocardial infarctions, thromboembolism (pulmonary embolism, DVTs, and other blood clots), as well as many critical patients who do not appear to have classic ARDS symptoms (and have relatively normal lung compliance etc. as observed by the research of Dr. Gattinoni in Italy and others). A deep understanding of this theory requires a review of some foundational biochemistry including the electron transport chain and ATP - the energy currency of the body.

Just for fun. But maybe science!

A, B, and AB blood are at higher risk for malaria than type O
but type O at higher risk for cholera

A, B, and AB blood and the Von Willibrand factor - 25% higher risk of clotting than type O

AUSTRALIA

The Chinese Communist government is trying to make its dispute with Australia a “China versus US issue,” but it has nothing to do with President Donald Trump, it is about the “origins of a virus that is creating havoc” says Sky News host Chris Kenny.

In recent weeks China - primarily through its Ambassador to Australia Jingye Cheng - has “bristled” at Australia’s call for an independent global investigation into the origins of the virus.

The Ambassador first threatened a potential consumer boycott on Australian exports, and then on Tuesday leaked a private conversation with Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Frances Adamson.

“You’d think China would welcome it but instead they take it as a slight, and worse they bully Australia through their ambassador,” he said.

Mr Kenny said the issue of an international investigation should be about “shared global vulnerability and therefore global co-operation”.

“It’s time we heard from many more countries on this, supporting Australia’s logical position, and putting pressure on Beijing”.[and of course, one body that should be putting pressure on China, is the WHO, but of course they run scared from Beijing like a bat out of hell.]

‘No doubt in my mind Hydroxychloriquine is very effective’ against COVID-19: Palmer

Billionaire Clive Palmer says the reason he bought 32 million doses of hydroxychloroquine to combat coronavirus is because if Australia was going to be severely hit by the virus he “didn’t want to see our nation destroyed in the longer term”.

Mr Palmer acquired in March 32.9 million doses of the anti-malarial drug for treating Australians “free of charge” according to Sky News host Alan Jones.

On April 2 Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt announced the drug will be made available to doctors to prescribe patients of COVID-19 in hospitals if they choose to do so.

Other than the groups of 50 thing (ours was groups of 10), it sounds EXACTLY LIKE ‘our’ ‘Lockdown’.

So much for ‘it’s business as usual, no restrictions’ arguments.

And from an article I read the other day their economy IS in fact suffering greatly.

I’ve wondered that about type O as well.

I’ve never had the flu AFAIK even though I KNOW I’ve been exposed. Hubby has had it several times (VERY mild symptoms), kids had it (also mild symptoms).

I never even swabbed positive and the NP ‘tried’ several times (she couldn’t believe I was the caretaker of 4 people ill with flu A AND B and never came down with it).

Hubby and kids are type A.

We take the timed release stuff. The not timed release seems to wear off after a cpl hours and then we’re awake again in the small hours of the morning LOL.

Also a warm (not hot!) bath with epsom salts helps.

Germany was aggressive with its social distancing - crowds of one or fewer :) - and they have been reporting deaths as what ever the comorbidity CCP-19 kicked into high gear happened to be rather than CCP-19.

That is similar to what the Texags Dr recommends

but I also add copper because of the zinc.

And now with that video talking about zinc and copper I will continue

I did it because I started getting gray hair after taking zinc during this mess...but could be unrelated..

There is another reason (besides sleep) for the melatonin but I don’t remember what it is..if i see it again I will post it.

I had to quit taking the melatonin. I was okay with the weird dreams but then I would wake up with my heart racing so bad was worried about a heart attack or stroke. So I stopped it for now. possibly related to the scary dreams and was scared in my sleep. Or maybe aggravated sleep apnea.

At least it is not as bad as what I hear about Ambien.

Difficult to swallow for some. I trust Jarrows products and QC/QA.

Swallowing has become an issue in the last few years. I've gravitated toward chewables and liquid. I agree that Jarrow products are high quality. One of my favorites. I picked up some pantethine over the weekend. It's capsules, so I'm going to need to figure out how to get it down the hatch. If you've ever had a capsule doing volley between your trachea and sinuses, you'll understand why I don't want more of that.

BTW, my wife and I are going for antibody COVID-19 tests this afternoon. I'm pretty certain I had a round of SARS in March 2003 subsequent to a forced 8 hour layover at SLC airport where large number of Chinese travelers were in my waiting area.

To be fair, those arenas tend to bring in millions per month under normal circumstances - sporting events, rock concerts, etc. - and none of that is happening, while many of the maintenance costs are still being generated - power, water, cleaning, etc. - especially while the facility is in use as a medical facility. $500K is small potatoes.

My daily supplements look similar, but the quercetin is on standby. Green tea contains a zinc ionophore as well. I like it, but it does seem to irritate my lungs. My daily zinc include 50 mg zinc 2 mg copper. Zinc will strip copper. Copper deficiency sets you up for spongiform encephalitis and loss of hair pigments.

must be something like the big turkey dinner at Thanksgiving.

Turkey makes you sleepy due to the higher concentration of tryptophan in the meat. Melatonin is secreted when your eyes cease getting a light signal. Turn on the lights and it burns off quickly. A melatonin supplement works best if you put it down the hatch just before crawling in an shutting off the lights.
