Her post on Weibo since then has been shared widely on social media. There is also a viral image that is being shared that claims to show Kim Jong Un lying dead inside a glass coffin.
While these claims cannot be verified independently, the timing of it certainly makes one curious as now China has sent in a medical team.
Reuters reported that China has dispatched a team to North Korea including medical experts to advise on North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, according to three people familiar with the situation.
At this point, until there is a report from either KCNA or other state media, there is no way to verify whether Kim Jong Un is alive or dead.

Upheaval doesn't come without reason. Something has to change. You can't rule out his death starts it.

But wasn’t there something on Fox, either yesterday or the day before, saying Kim’s sister was already pegged to succeed him? So the dynasty will continue, unless she’s as barren as a concrete sidewalk. (I haven’t read up on her enough to know if she has any children.)

Maybe that’s why there’s a Chinese team on the way to NK. To make double-sure that Kim either IS dead, or soon WILL BE dead real soon.

If KJU is no longer capable of leading, the Chinese “medical” team is there to sort out a progression of power in their client state. I believe they will pick someone from the military not Kim’s sister. They are very paternalistic in Asia and few, if any, women have ruled. Imelda Marco’s of the PI comes to mind but she was supported by the US after her husband died.
I believe that many are concerned about the sister. She is apparently smart enough to have survived her brother.
