If they own the location on McKinney in Dallas the land underneath it is probably worth a good bit more than the going value concern. If they don’t, the landlord may be really happy that they are leaving.

The other Dallas location is also in a high rent district. The margins just might not be there.

As for DeSoto the opposite issue - it peaked the day before the SuperConducting SuperCollider project was shut down.

Gold’s Gym should be Olds Gym...Most of them here are in old Department Stores or Supermarkets...One is in an old Winn Dixie...

If you do CrossFit or mainly lift with weights, you don’t have to worry about gym germs from machines.

I remember the benches seats and weights had perspiration on them. Everything that I would grip at some point had perspiration on it.

I thought it was gross then and now with the corona virus it is simply disguting.
