Forty Three Million. Looks bigger in words some how, unless you write it down $43,000,000,000. Back when we lived in the Seattle area, actually across Puget Sound from Seattle, in Bremerton. We worked in Seattle. Back then, little ole Billy Gates built himself a new house over on Lake Washington. They kept showing on local TV all the building, all the gadgets that he was putting in the new digs. A TV that came up out of the floor and of course all wired for use of his Microsoft stuff throughout the house. The BIG THING was little Billy threw a fit when he got told how much his taxes on said house that was about as big as the Kingdome!! It was massive. Of course that house was massive, right on the edge of Lake WA. His tax bill was like $35,000 property tax, some huge number like that. Bill threw his fit and then the public started to tell him to shut up and pay up, he could afford it. After a week or so, Bill shut up and paid his tax bill and continues to pay it I’m sure. As my property tax went up every year, I am sure Billy’s did also. Expect down in SoCal he is going to pay a bit of change on that property also. But, didn’t see or hear little Bill complaining about the taxes down in Southern Kaliforniastan. Just the right place for a flaming, massive liberal, like Mr. One World Government.
In the government building I work at occasionally they have “Shelter-In-Place” rules for active shooters etc. We call them Die-In-Place. Personally I’d rather be a moving target...
