Good question. From the angle it would have to be someone at or near the front of the room and someone who was very interested in recording her reaction to President Trump's question.

A good video editor allows you to “telescope in” on a subject in the field. If the video is in 4K, there would be no loss in fidelity. The video I grabbed appears grainy, hence my questioning the source and alteration.
If that feature is used, then, that would be an alteration and lower the credibility of the source.
