With draft beer sales virtually zeroed out thanks to the mandated closure of on-premise drinking due to the coronavirus pandemic, Charleston area brewers may soon have to dispose of full kegs of beer that have gone stale in distributors warehouses.

Sugarbaby is not amused. :)
Hope Norm Peterson doesn’t hear about this... He, once upon a time, was an expert beer quality-control taster...
Beer is certainly best served fresh (ales anyway), but there’s no reason they can’t hold onto this for up to 9 or 10 months. Lagers can be held for a year or more.
Stop brewing more and stock what they have for a while.
One of the best movies ever... One of the three emergency-therapy violence-prevention movies (Airplane, Caddyshack and Blazing Saddles) I keep handy in case the communists win back the Presidency...
"Destroy it,' he says. Well, boys, we've a man's work ahead of us this day."

After all there could be ways of preventing the dumping of all that Beer. All the live links led me to nowhere, and I finally clicked myself over to the obituary notices to find that, yes, it is Charleston, S.C. not W.V. Drat.
You probably did and don’t realize it.... they smush together. :-)
LOL. Im sure your Pets are a couple of Cuties.
Am resurrecting an old thread. Talking to several bar people around here where many bars are 100% open I find that they can’t get draft beer. I’m sure that some of those kegs are still viable. This isn’t the government where transfers are almost impossible . What gives?
