But somehow our political and medical leaders/rulers are still looking well-groomed. What’s their secret?

I have always thought Birx looked terrific. For an older guy like me, she is a hotty...and her hair is, well, very nicely done.
They have their own barbers and stylists, and they probably didn’t wear gloves or masks.
Perhaps not ALL salons are considered ‘non-essential’ depending on locale. There a several states that never went into lock down mode so their salons may be open for business.
