Put all the fall leaves and daily kitchen vege and fruit scraps in the chicken coop.
Come spring, dig it all out and incorporate into raised beds.
That is kinda my method, every fall my chicken Coop has about 3 feet of leaves blown into it. They make short work of it and have a ball.
