I wonder how the county is loosing money when I am still paying taxes (property taxes, school taxes).
I wonder if they are referring to income taxes in the Northern States. I guess those states were in the red before the outbreak.
I'm not getting any discounts on my taxes whether income or property. The schools get paid for warm butts in a seat. There isn't pay for performance. They aren't making average daily attendance numbers with the schools shut, but still have the full staff on payroll.
