What the good doctor is saying is that BEST to treat EARLY as soon as symptoms appear and SUSPECT covid-19 with HYDROXYCHOLROQUINE (HCQ) and Zinc & anti-biotic, than wait until test results come back, and symptoms get so bad you end up in hospital on a ventilator.
