Frightened people often have very rapid blink rates. Dr Birx is intelligent enough to know that Trump is on to the BS and I would imagine she fears exposure and loss of reputation/freedom.
Somewhere on this thread, someone posted information about Birx’s daughter. Seems she has a big title at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
