This is the type of FDA stuff I deal with in my world of med device quality all the time.

The bacteria in question is one of the top food poison bacterium and known for being cold resistant. Studies have indicated a fair percentage of people carry it in their guts. Also known to be found in cold cuts, unpasteurized milk and soft cheeses like brie.

That was like the third or fourth time they had to shut down because of it. 6 out of the first 8 links are about their food safety issues.

No way would I eat that crap at any price.
