How you feeling?
Hi, Vision! We’re fine. Still hating the tyranny.
How’s it going?
It’s been a great weekend Gina, made a tasty stew. You? The covid numbers here don’t seem to be good so I’m fine with what the state is doing.
I don’t believe the numbers, Vision, and I haven’t trusted them from the start. The CDC’s own guidance is causing inflated death numbers attributed to this virus [Here, in case you’re interested: https://www.zerohedge.com/health/whistleblower-how-cdc-manipulating-covid-19-death-toll].
We’re just having a “new normal” Sunday evening, as the power of the state over our lives is being clamped down under the ruse of “safety.”
Good soggy, flooded, relentlessly thunderous, Lysol Lockdown Sunday evening, folks. Is my prison sentence up yet, or am I still confined to the stormwater pipe under the bio-lab? *chuckle*
We have the first site and I found the second. There’s less than 500 ventilators in the entire state.

Hey. Imagine if you were locked down with your inlaws?
You may find this interesting, you can search on your county...

Ha. When they split, they took the easiest route humanly imaginable, as if they were motivated or capable of doing anything else: they moved into my brother-in-law’s trailer park. Them, my brother-in-law, my other brother-in-law, his daughter and family, and his son and his family, all occupy trailers pretty much next door to each other. The place only has about sixteen or eighteen lots, so a third of it is taken up by just them. I can’t complain about it, my wife pays them to come do the yard every couple of weeks (our mowers need serious maintenance), and her niece raises chickens, so we get a dozen fresh eggs a couple times a month. As long as they’re out of my hair.
Hi, Viking!
I’m sorry, Vision, but I just don’t believe the hysteria reporting, and I haven’t from the start. I don’t see much television, but I glanced briefly at it today and saw that it’s wall-to-wall virus propaganda. This is about controlling the people, and many, if not most, are believing it. I don’t.
I’m coming down with a bit of a spring cold (runny nose, sneezing, tickly sinuses), but I’m miles away from the Satan Bug they’re advertising. I’m with you - I think it’s all become political and overblown, and I feel that we’re being observed to see how we react as groups and communities to see how compliant we are towards being given rat-in-a-cage orders. You getting any of this fetid, foul weather rolling through down here? It’s been nothing but peals of thunder and rain since early this morning. Even bigger round of it moving in and it’s supposed to last through the night. Flood warnings over the whole area.
We’ve only had a little rain and a little lightning the past couple of nights.

Yes, we’re watching it. The bad stuff on these systems often stays north of the Coast where we are. I hope you don’t have any trouble from it.
Thanks. The last time we got one of these protracted systems barrel through, it took down a tree on the neighbor’s property which downed a power line and blocked the road completely. We’re at the bottom of a no-thru street, so we just sat and waited for the power company and the county to show up. We both took a vacation day to backfill. But that was then. Now, my disability deposit shows up no matter what, I got The Meat Machine to grill out with on a whim, the wine rack is full, and we have enough Walking Dead canned provisions to feed the two of us until we’re zombie meat. LOLOL
Cool beans! :-D
