The Gov is probably feeling some butt hurt with the blowback from the interview with Tucker Carlson.

2b...or of the press;
3...or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Seems like the petty tyrants agree with only 2b
Everything other one is illegal in some states and you can be arrested for the free exercise of them
