A few things:
1. Some study in the Bay Area showed antibodies are widespread and there could be 85 people who have it for every one person who was tested - good news as it shows that its lethality is about the same as the flu.
2. Texas didn’t go far enough with their announcement on reopening.
3. Healthcare workers are getting laid off or are on reduced hours - checked two clinics yesterday and one was closed and one was half hours due to reduced number of patients during Corona. They flattened the curve so much that healthcare workers are getting laid off.
Oh, I realize that. I should have been more clear that I was referring to ‘cheepers’ and ‘fearpers’...sorry about that. I am also referring to the people I will be waiting in line with to get in an American grocery store this morning...

Not all of us buy that it is man made to start with. He said the impact is like the flu not the R0 is like the flu. Different things. And to boot of the impact is like the flu with a higher R0 it is a wimpier virus than the flu.

They originally listed colorado to peak end of April, now saying they peaked in MARCH. They originally had several peak in late May now the latest date is May 5
In Florida there were an increase in positives yesterday but if you look at the actual report published by the board is medicine the percentage of positives was the second lowest since surveillance has began suggesting a large miss in asymptomatic cases. So those inclined to freak out look at the absolute number and fail to comprehend what the numbers mean
The R0 can only decrease and in my opinion will decrease precipitously. At the end of the day this will have killed less Americans than most severe influenza years.

I’m sorry you got GBS from the flu vaccine. It is a rare but known complication. It can occur after vaccines or viral illnesses and sometimes we cannot identify a precipitating event. To see it after covid infection is not surprising or remarkable

Lethality and typical symptoms make it like the flu. R0 is up due to little previous immunity - I don’t see evidence that if humans had never seen influenza before that it wouldn’t be doing the same thing, or even worse than Corona.

Even if WuFlu wasn’t created in a lab, the ChiComs could have used it as a weapon. All they had to do was keep airline travel going and not warn the rest of the planet.
