I deliver to a LOT of businesses in Rockville, MD. Many are run and staffed by Chinese who are doing genetic work.
Nobody will investigate that and nobody will tell you that.
But I’M telling you that they are there. I’ve seen the makeshift labs. I’ve been IN them.
