I mentioned this in a post yesterday. Seemed to be strange timing. I thought it might possibly be to get them out of range of potential missiles.

Some of the conspiracy gurus think this was a bio attack as an opening salvo to prepare the battlefield and expect China or Russia to possibly take advantage of the situation.

That would be my first thought too. Why leave your battleships all nicely lined up in rows if you expect an attack. You would want to disperse them as much as possible. So don't be surprised if you see one sitting at your local airport. If you do, know things are much closer to the edge than we know.

Likewise, the opposing side would take the same initial steps. Or at least be prepared to do so at the start of any planned attack.
