The agency reiterated advice to thoroughly wash hands after returning from the grocery store, and once again after putting groceries away. The FDA also urged shoppers to purchase enough food for one or two weeks on trips to the store, and avoid hoarding... Fresh fruits and vegetables, including those with inedible rinds, should always be scrubbed thoroughly under running water before eating. Canned goods should have their lids cleaned before opening. It's important to regularly clean and sanitize kitchen counters and other food preparation areas with disinfectant such as Lysol, the FDA notes.

Then why the great long list to clean hands, counters, packaging and food for everything under the sun except CV? Contradicting themselves, again. Who's paying them to say this? Someone definitely is. Follow the money.

These are all things one should do all the time and it was posted as such with a blurb uindicating that...
HOWEVER, did they have such a warning before?
I don’t know

It’s just something I always do anyway. I also wash my pop bottles but often just rinse them. Should really use soap.

THe pic I posed yesterday of the shopper who pulled his mask down so he could eat his snack with his gloves while in checkout cracks me up..and shows how people just dont understand
