As far as I know, fishing and boating have been allowed in CT during this Shutdown. We're about an hour from the CT shore, so I'm not sure what's going on down there with beaches and boating.
We live near the Farmington River, which is a HUGE fly fishing river. We often see many fly fishermen in full gear all over the River... Spaced at least 10 feet apart.

It's a clue that he said it was a question from the Democrat caucus teleconference today. They wanted to know if we have enough tests for everyone. It sounds like they intend to make testing the core of their attacks.
