Her math is not so good. 128 deaths out of 3.2m residents = .00004. Half of one percent = .005. So she only overstated the death rate by 125 times (if my math is correct).

1/2 of 1% would be 16,000 deaths. The current Nevada death rate is 1 in 20,000, or .005 of 1%.
America is a country where a goofy Hollywood movie “Contagion” is literally the script that people go by, and of course it’s all logical, scientific, rational, and measured to them.
If this were not true, it would be laughable.
You have the media using movie stills, or repeating pictures from other locations, i.e. Italy for New York. Of course the origin of the disease is automatically bats, as in the movie. You have the idea of “social distancing” implemented as in the movie, although there is ZERO scientific evidence that this is effective for this disease.... This is embarrassing. This is an insult to anyone able to think or do basic arithmetic since not even the mortality rates are accurate (i.e. counting anyone with is suspected as having had the disease as a casualty of this disease even if untested, counting folks that test positive and then die who would have died anyway).
This is beyond stupid, it’s offensive since I am demanded to play along under threat of punishment and in gross violation of my Constitutional rights, but no one cares about that anymore in this country of the free and the brave.
Mrs. Alaska and I went out this morning and both were very surprised at the much larger amount of traffic on the roads today. Not back to normal, but a YUGE amount in comparison to the past month.
We have been out and about 5-6 days a week for the entire shutdown {because I'm too old to care about this bullshit, and since I carry, I always feel safe}.
I think that average folks have had enough, and regardless of what the gubbernors say, more and more will be out and about.
I will say that about 95% of everyone I see going into businesses have some kind of face covering.
Some are very creative.

LOL! We went to home depot Monday and it seemed like a normal day except they were limiting folks going in. Then to Sonic drive through. Quite a bit of traffic on the road in Reno. Just looked at the Vegas cams, and for Vegas, that is deserted. Even I-15
