Hello FR,
Some of you may know through my posts of our total loss of our Spring Fair season. It is looking like our Summer season will now be a bust. Now instead of crying about it, while mowing down one of our pastures, (because our tractor broke and we can't afford for Randy to come and take care of the fields), I had an idea.
The idea would incorporate multi-media to create a virtual store at the Fair. Now I have no money, but I do have an existing website that still needs to be brought up to snuff. But my idea would use that as well as either youtube, or zoom and Square or Paypal to generate sales.
The expert advice I need has to do with SEO and getting the views neccessary to create buzz and hopefully income.
Instead of cluttering up FR with posts about Sisters and Moose, PM would probably be the best route and then direct email after that if required.
I can't pay much for expert services, say for a special Big Kahuna tie dye shirt.
Thanks to all here at FR and thanks in advance for any and all help that is forthcoming.
If this idea pans out, it could be a nice template for others.

Thanks Albion! I would get specialized wear to dye, (not cheap btw) but no funds due to Covid-19. Itsa Catcha-22! We have on hand what we made for our spring run. That would have garnered funds for bigger supply for summer. It is something we have been doing for 25 years...not a bad business plan until one runs into the plague.
Everyone has been kind with their input and ideas. I will have to sit down with Mrs Big Kahuna and figure out the route and direction we will go. We are still waiting to see if there will be any season at all.
Regards,

google analytics can tell you exactly how well and from where you are getting your web traffic.
a good way to boost your seo is to get mentioned on other peoples blogs etc. Also businesses you arent competing with. While there are old seo tricks like using hidden text, (text and page the same color) google is pretty savvy at determining you’ve done this. But you can enhance your seo using nav links which appear hidden.
But I’d make use of contacting businesses and maybe jointly including each others sites in a blog post.
If you’re willing to spend a tiny bit of money, facebook ads are generally super cheap... and you can target people of a specific zipcode and interest level. Don’t sell them something, give them free information in a blog type of post.
Thank you for that bit of information and will put that arrow in the quiver.
