Center for Science in the Public Interest
Here’s a top pop-up on Google for them:

The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) is not a science center but, by its own admission, a public advocacy action center. 1 Reflecting this is the fact that one of its web site awards is for being the “Political Site of the Day.” Not surprisingly, it hasn’t won a single science award. 2 The Center for Science in the Public Interest is much more interested in sound bites than in sound science. 3
CSPI’s “Science”
Most of the CSPI’s “science” hardly reaches the level of a high school science project. And high school students don’t have a political agenda for which they distort the evidence or misrepresent the facts as does the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
Perhaps that explains why CSPI has such a long history of disregard for truth and accuracy. For example, in trying to get Congress to tax...

Someone please point out to me where Mike Obama got his/her power and authority to meddle with school lunches to begin with?
What school remains open to feed this crap?
I am really, tired of libtard courts acting like the legislative or executive branches.
cspi pushed transfats as being healthier than beef tallow and animals fats for cooking.
these people lost all credibility then.
[[The 2012 rules required schools to transition over time entirely to whole grain-rich options and gradually reduce sodium levels.]]
IF a Rule can be made, it can be repealed- there is NO law dictating that kids must eat whole grains- This judge’s ruling is asinine- We does this judge get off dictating that the ‘rule’ the obama admin forced o n everyone must be permanent?
For crying out loud take a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to school.
And what business does the federal government, especially a judge, have in setting the lunch menus for local schools?
Aw jeez. Now they’ll blame bad school lunches for producing grossly obese minority kids who will become vulnerable to future bugs like COVID-39, COVID-40, etc.
tell me... is this the job of judges... overturn whatever they dont like, and thus rule with their political agenda
....
ow days a pb and j sandwich is almost a felony. The peanut police will have you at least suspended. wanna clear a lunchroom tbese days, throw in a peanut.
Judges are worried about ketchup when the entire Constitution is under direct assault even as we speak.
Mom packed lunch for the 4 of us everyday.
We didn't get the "store bought" lunch bags.
Full size paper grocery bags with the top 2/3 cut off folded over and stapled shut with with an "I love you" note or a Snoopy cartoon cut from the Sunday paper, with my name written on the bag.
As a senior in high school!
Miss those days!
Just appeal all the way up where Trump wins.
Intentionally left out, most likely.
