It’s a great option for the gluten-allergy folks, and I’m glad it is around for them, but not so good for the rest of us.

In the first week of the corona virus, our local Walmart was stripped clean of almost everything. However in the freezer case there was still plenty of cauliflower crust pizza. It seems to be a highly unpopular choice.
And what business does the federal government, especially a judge, have in setting the lunch menus for local schools?

I’ve tried cauliflower mashed potatoes. It’s a mixture of whipped potatoes and cauliflower. It’s edible with enough gravy. But my feeling is...mashed potatoes aren’t broken...why try to fix them.
I don’t mind raw cauliflower with some ranch dressing as a snack, along with carrots, celery and some other fresh veggies.
