You really do need to watch the video linked to in post #2. Don’t know about the infertility of men aspect, however, I wouldn’t out anything past China’s communist regime when it came to biowarfare. They declared war on the U.S. decades ago, and biowarfare was definitely within their arsenal of weapons they decided they would use to level the battlefield.
