My first read reaction to the title was, “That’s one way to handle the elderly.”

Um... I don’t think Euthanol is exactly a drug of choice for treating any patient. Or is the intent to start euthanizing patients?

Should be using rope for executions anyway.
Rope is cheap with no environmental issues.

As if those states stockpile the stuff by the gallon and can just move it on out without a boatload of paperwork.

Frankly, if I had to be executed I would prefer firing squad over lethal injection. Much more dignified. Save the injections for Fido.

Recent articles have pointed out that, perhaps, ventilators and aggressive, invasive, intubation may actually be more harmful than helpful...
Just sayin’... maybe we don’t need so many damn ventilators and such?

Never let a good crisis go to waste.
My bet is that these drugs are available to hospitals but they know once the prisons give up these drugs, they will not be able to get them replaced because the drug manufacturers refuse to supply them.

Lots of ink spilled because one lefty professor and an associate or two wanted an opportunity to grandstand and send letters. You've got to dive deep into the article to find it:
