Wrong denominator. They are calculating the percentage of currrently active cases that are mild. This excludes those who have recovered or died. 482,033 is the correct denominator.

Excluding those who have died would tend to boost the mild percentage without giving a true picture of the danger of the virus to the public. Total cases, total recoveries, total hospitalizations, and total deaths seem more relevant.

Also, total tested and total negatives, is extremely relevant as more testing occurs. Praying, hoping, and optimistic; :)
