That’s a good start. Also, doing a search for research on SARS — sort of like Pub Med etc. IIRC, these studies show who was involved in funding and research.
I also recall that around 2014 and 2015 the University of N. Carolina was doing research on SARS with scientists from China—funded by USAID, NIH, and Wuhan.

good place to start.
while i was dinking around, i did a search for "china" in all departments. It came back with a spit load of results. one had a 500,000,000 grant - it looks like requests end 05/20/2020, but I really don't know how to decipher what I am looking at.
