So after they finish remaking every animated movie, they can do CGI versions of all their live movies.

He (or she) will probably take from the poor and give to the rich.

As with clonings, each copy is not nearly as good as the original.

Oh man I had that in this little viewmaster rip off, looked kind of like a super 8, put a cartridge in, spin the handle and animated movie. You could run it backwards. I remember the bowmanship competition looked really cool backwards. I’ve never seen the actual movie.

Correct. I watched it last night, and even after 82 years it still holds up. Of all the original actors, only Olivia De Havilland still lives.

Another remake?
This makes at least 10 Robin Hood movies since the one with Errol Flynn
or Tyrone Power.
To: EdnaMode
I bet Robin will be bisexual and his merry men will be gay. Maid Marion will be a tranny and the sheriff will be an evil straight guy.

Just as long as Bryan Adams isn’t on the soundtrack.

I used to get Bryan Adams mixed up with Bryan Ferry, the lead singer from Roxy Music. Similar, but not the same.

I’m sure the prevalence of feminism, trannies, and black people in Merry Olde England will be historically accurate.

The new Lady and the Tramp was terrible. I couldn’t get past 15 minutes. There is a reason it never went to the theaters.
Plus, why try to do this? The turnabout was having animals instead of people in a story that has been done many many times before and since. What would CGI add to this?

I’ll stick with the 1939 version with Errol Flynn. Is Maid Marion is still alive??

Gotta be quick around here to go with the first thought that comes to mind on the general direction of Hollyweird...all of you are right on the mark on the gay/PC requirements these days.
