I’m a big Smith fan with a collection going back to a .32 1 and 1/2 from 1884 and a bunch of pre and just post war models. I’ve shot my share of J frames and would probably go with the Ruger for trigger and comfort.
I’m with you. Love the pre ‘82 pinned barrel and recessed chambers. I just don’t want to carry them and add to some cop’s collection in case I have to use them and they get confiscated. That’s why I go with Ruger LCRX. Great double action trigger.
