Dr. Ban G. Truong, DO, PhD, FACEP, ABAARM
Dr. Ban is a physician with a PhD in Nutrition, and who is quadruple board certified in Emergency Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, and as a Physician Nutrition Specialist. In addition to having practiced in several large, urban emergency departments throughout the country, he also served as a Life Flight doctor treating patients in the field and supporting them as they are transported between medical facilities.
He owns and operates several brick-and-mortar clinics that range from primary care to urgent care. He also owns and operates a telemedicine clinic. Dr. Ban serves as the Medical Director for Weightless4Life, a role that he approaches with the thoughtfulness and compassion gained from years regularly seeing patients in the primary, urgent, and emergency settings. Dr. Ban was also a college professor who taught nutrition and the sciences. As such, he believes in the power of education through the dissemination of quality information.
As the world became affected by COVID-19, Dr. Ban began to share information about the pandemic based on his broad and vast experience treating patients and his research background and understanding of proper research protocols. You can listen to his Podcasts on COVID-19 starting with Podcast #17.
Dr Ban is in the Sacramento area but was the Dr that treated patients in Washington State with severe Corona symptoms that were told to go home. He already does the telemedicine in his practice so he was able to diagnose and treat them.

Oz is on in a few minut. He’s got a guy I want to hear from. Says fears of Hydroxychloroquine are WAYYYY overblown. Rheumatolgy leader. Says they NEVER did EKGs before prescribing. Wrote a letter to the FDA. Need to find it!

Paraphrasing...says that billions of doses of Hydroxychloroquine have been prescribed, since 1955(?). Said originally there were some heart issues to watch for, but that was bc dose was too high. Said heart issues are ONLY from Chloroquine, not HCQ. Said eye probs ZERO at 5 years(!) on it, 1% at 10 yrs, but can be detected by CT no prob. Says NOBODY with Lupus on HCQ has been diagnosed with Covid-19 so far.
Oz is tapping big data, said 1,000,000+ records searched anonymously, zero reported cases of Covid-19+ HCQ in Lupus patients so far.
Why are there 750 dead in NY today so far if this combo is working? Is cuomo not giving folks the medicines he claims he’s now allowing with restrictions?
We should be seeing a VERY dramatic decline in deaths i n this country and indeed around the world- The study in LA claims that patients who were ‘very sick’ recovered fully within 8-12 hours after being given the drugs-
Why are states still experiencing extremely high death rates? This virus should have been stopped in it’s tracks by now- with only a small % not responding well enough to survive-

IN NYC they are have not been using Hydroxychloroquine on everyone, only on the very sick at some hospitals and it is not effective late in the disease.
At other hospitals they are randomizing with other drugs that had shown some promise. The big hydroxychloroquine push only got started late last week. Hopefully we will have some numbers soon to know what % of patients overall were treated with the triple therapy in NYC and at what stage in their illness.
I ran across his youtube channel yesterday and watched his videos about hydroxychloroquine treatment. Posted about his channel on the daily Corona Virus Thread.

He uses hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin(sometimes doxycycline), zinc 15 mg(smaller amount than Dr. Zelenko), copper 1 mg, Vitamin C 2000 mg, and Vitamin D3 5000 IU.

The anecdotal evidences so far say folks are hours from death and fully recovering- I’ve heard folks say it’s not effective late, but it seems to be counter to the evidence so far- BUT I will say we’re not seeing results from larger studies yet about late term administration- so we can’t really go by anecdotal evidences yet- unless a ton more come in showing positive results- then you have to go by the fact that there is enough circumstantial evidence top make a ‘beyond reasonable doubt’ claim-

Yes exactly- that’s what I’m waiting for too- and not just from NY but from other states and countries even too- We should have that data now really- it’s all being put into databases- I’m sure-
