I don't know.

I do take PQQ with mitoQ. It was just a self-experiment a couple of years ago while I was researching other metabolites. On Amazon people kept commenting on how it reversed their grey hair. What the heck. Started taking it and it reduced my existing salt and pepper to almost nothing. Wife started shortly afterward.

There is significant interest and ongoing research on it, however I have not explored it. A quick scan of Unbound Medicine listed 368 papers.
