But he calls on the OANN reporter (standing in the back of the room) and she asks about the national security crackdown, Trump replies by talking first about drugs and Mexico’s assistance with 27,000 soliders on the border, and then adds comments about human traficking of women and children. He didn’t provide details but he could have just not added those comments, yet he did so.

Found the “human trafficking” part. He starts talking about it when the box in the upper right of the screen says “White House 7:00”.
Turns out I hadn’t missed it; I was watching on the DVR and had not yet gotten there.
