It’s readily available at your local farm-n-home store.

canine heartworm pills?

Don’t know if it is still the case, but the cost for the early canine heartworm pills was inflated by a factor of 2x or more because the company was sending an equal amount of medication to Africa for treatment of the worms that caused blindness in the Africans who were roaming around barefoot.
