Well the panic certainly does not help in combating the disease, that is for sure. But the disease is a fast spreader, and while the morbidity rate is overstated beyond the shadow of a doubt, it is still a killer.

We will know more within the next 2 weeks about this virus. One thing we can't afford is for this virus to become so widespread as to overwhelm the healthcare system. For if that were to happen we would lose more lives to other diseases, and accidents, in addition. A snowball effect would create very real devastating results. Then panic would grip even more of the population unleashing the worst in humanity.

While there are certainly politicians taking full advantage of this virus, all Democrats I might add, this is not a game. This is the challenge this generation must face. So far we have been extremely inept in my opinion. We are no longer a nation that can unite to fight a common enemy. We moan & groan about everything. We are quick to point fingers here and there, blaming others, instead of uniting to fight this virus. Very disappointing I must say.
