Dr. Campbell did a really good vid this morning. England’s PM sent a notice out to stay home but it sounds ominous imo. Probably is along the same lines as what Liz will be speaking on today.

I have started eating sauerkraut. Never really ate it before.
Trying to get the gut microbes in shape.
Surprisingly, my dog likes it.
I eat some with every meal..even breakfast.
It is easy to make but bought the kind in the glass jar which, of course, not the best to use.
The Queen is set to address the nation (UK) tomorrow evening (London time).
It is only the 4th time in her reign that she has done so on an unscheduled basis.
I will be interested to hear what she says.
I wish both her husband and her good health.
