Our calculations a couple of weeks ago was that mitigation combined with lack of testing capacity (lab and PPE equipment, lab chemical constraints) would so muddy the waters that April numbers would make no sense and have no logical pattern.
That means decision-makers will be flying totally blind from here on out...so glad I am retired... :-)
