If the healthy bums are smart they will leave town.
Social distancing is unworkable and was from the day ‘sanctuary’ was announced for these areas.
No one challenges the immorality of half-a&^ed Good Samaritan policies and politically motivated exploitation of helpless and vulnerable people while ignoring responsibility for ALL citizens, regardless of where or how they live.

The LA mayor has been hoping this would happen, as it will fix his homeless problem.
Now he just has to dispose of the bodies.
Sadly, the core intractable homeless problem consists of mental health and substance abuse cases. The squalor and grifting of homeless encampments are the result.
They should all be brought to City Hall for quarantine.
