All I know is that two weeks after a round of shots, it was like a switch was flipped in my son’s brain. He was 2 1/2 and had been talking a bit but he suddenly stopped and also became fixated on one little toy. He didn’t talk again until 4 1/2 yo. Riding in the back of the car he started reading the words on signs. Insurance, Commercial, Restaurant and pronouncing them all correct. In no time he could pronounce all dinosaur names. Still has no ability as far as taking social cues. Doesn’t understand basic concepts and will probably never be employable.

It’s like anything else. A group of people can be exposed to a carcinogen but only a small percentage will get cancer from it. Our individual physiology makeups are different and some of us can tolerate some things while others can’t.
